Well, I’ve arrived! The flight on Icelandair was uneventful, landed in Rejkievic (???) at midnight, which was just sunset, which was beautiful. Then loaded up for Paris an hour later. Amazingly, it never got dark; it went straight from sunset to sunrise. Then into CDG/Paris ontime and an easy 3 hour ride from the airport to Angoulème. Very slick! Peter was there to greet me and gave me a warm welcome!
